Description

The Adaptix™ is a women’s safety hard hat built for job sites where standard hard hats fall short. This type II safety helmet is ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 compliant for both top and side impact protection, and it’s designed to go where Type I gear can’t.

The FlexBrim™ snaps on and off, converting the helmet between cap style and full-brim in seconds, allowing women workers to adapt to changing weather and worksite conditions.

Inside, a breathable mesh crown distributes the helmet’s weight evenly, reducing pressure points during extended wear. The self-adjusting nape support locks the fit in place without constant readjustment, and the ride height system lets each wearer set their preferred center of gravity. 

The adjustable safety helmet system accommodates head sizes 6¼–8 (50–64 cm), one of the widest fit ranges available in any women’s construction helmet.

Designed for long-term durability, the Adaptix™ includes cleanable and field-replaceable components that help extend product life and lower replacement costs. Integrated slots support hearing protection, face shields, eye protection, lighting systems, neck shades, and sunshades, so workers can adapt their setup to the task without switching helmets.

Care

Wipe the shell clean with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Avoid petroleum-based solvents, paint thinners, or adhesive labels that can degrade the shell material and reduce impact performance.

Inspect the shell and suspension before each shift. Replace any component that shows cracks, deep scratches, or deformation. The suspension headband should be replaced annually, or sooner if it shows signs of wear.

Store the helmet away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and chemical vapors. UV exposure and heat can weaken the shell over time, even without visible damage. Do not store heavy objects on top of the helmet.
